Finned & Channel Strip Heater

Channel Strip heaters are designed to provide reliable and efficient heat to flat surfaces and in restricted spaces. The rectangle tube is cold rolled, our seamless tube provides a rugged construction suitable for industrial heating applications such as dies and mold, food warming, tank and platen heating, packaging and ovens. The tube undergoes a Black Oxide treatment making the surface free of rust.

Trivolt manufactures the channel strip heaters with high temperature Nickel Chrome resistance wire coiled and spaced over the width of the heated length which distributes uniform heat over the entire specified surface of the heater. The Nickel Chrome resistance wire is housed by ceramic insulators and compacted with magnesium oxide for excellent heat transfer. The sheath can reach temperatures of up to 800° F. Various termination configurations and options are available as well as mounting tabs.

For air heating applications such as duct heating, drying ovens, air heating and dehumidifiers, Trivolt manufactures Finned Channel Strip heaters. Finned Channel Strip heaters are made with steel fins and treated with Black Oxide. The fins are specifically designed to provide maximum surface contact which dissipates heat rapidly and efficiently.

Trivolt Industries adopts a stringent internal quality control system (QMSM-2009). Every heater is tested for resistance and dielectric. All our heaters are CSA, UL and CE approved.
