Mica Strip Heater

Mica insulated strip heaters are manufactured exactly as the mica band heater but are not formed round. They can be constructed in a variety of dimensions, voltage and wattages with different options such as mounting holes, cut-outs and notches. The range of configurations available offers great flexibility for field wiring. With sheath temperature capabilities of up to 800°F, even heat distributions and a thin construction provides fast heat-up times. These heaters are ideal in hot plates, sealing equipment, hot stamping, dies and molds and for plastic process applications.

For higher temperature applications Trivolt manufactures ceramic plate heaters that can meet the requirements.

Trivolt Industries adopts a stringent internal quality control system (QMSM-2009). Every heater is tested for resistance and dielectric. All our heaters are CSA, UL and CE approved.
